Splenda

So I'm done with Splenda.  I mean, I'll still use it in my iced tea, but I am done trying to cook with it.  I've had no end of issues, including their own recipes!   I tried this Strawberry Rhubarb Jam..it was okay, but definitely could have been better. If they can't make their stuff work.....
