Kale Chips

Okay, so this took two tries (first recipe that wasn't as good) and I am still not "perfect" yet, but I feel confident that I just need practice on the right time now. This is a great way to use fresh kale.  You get to feel good about eating kale, but it tastes more like chips.

Kale Chips
Modified from Eating Well

1 bunch of kale, hard stems removed, torn into pieces
1 tbsp oil
1/4 tsp salt

Preheat to 400.  Drizzle kale with oil and salt.  Evenly spread out (make sure it is even, overlapping will screw this up, this is very important!) on baking sheet. 

Bake until leaves are crisp, between 8 and 12 minutes (10 was too much for careful here!).
