Roasted Carrots with Thyme

My mother loves this recipe!  I first made it at Easter.

Roasted Carrots with Thyme
Modified from Taste of Home
 
1 lb carrots, halved lengthwise
1/2 tsp dried thyme
2 tsp oil
1 tsp honey
1/4 tsp salt

Preheat to 400.  Place carrots in greased baking pan.  In a small bowl, mix the thyme, oil, honey and salt.  Brush over carrots. 

Roast for 20-25 minutes or until tender. 

Makes 4 servings.
