Oven Baked Hard Boiled Eggs

So I saw this all over Facebook awhile back, but finally tried it. I like the simplicity for Easter eggs!

Oven Baked Hard Boiled Eggs

1 dozen eggs
 
Preheat oven to 325.  Put an egg in each cup of a 12 cup muffin pan.  Bake for 30 minutes then remove and cool.  If you are going to peel them, drop them right away into an ice bath.  If not, you can cool just normally.
 
Makes 1 dozen eggs.
