So Grandma gave me some of this from her herb groups.  Xylitol is a sugar substitute.  I've used Splenda before, but it is quite a pain to bake with, even using their specific recipes.  Like these Molasses cookies. Last time I made them, they did not rise...I had to do them like refrigerator cookies.  AGH!!

But this actually rose really well!  I used about 1/2 the amount that was sugar and this came out pretty well.  I did mini zucchini loaves and then sour cream loaf.
