Chicken and Biscuits

I made this a few months ago with leftover turkey and it was nice and easy.  Nothing special, but a nice leftover recipe.

Chicken and Biscuits
Modified from Campbell's

1 can (10 3/4 oz) condensed cream of broccoli soup
1 can (10 3/4 oz) condensed cream of potato soup
2/3 cup milk
1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
1/8 tsp ground black pepper
2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
2 cups chicken or turkey, cooked and cubed (I actually did this with turkey)
1 package (7.5 oz) refrigerated biscuits

Heat oven to 400.  Stir the soups, milk, poultry seasoning, pepper, vegetables and chicken in a baking dish (11 by 7 at least).  Bake for 20 minutes or until the chicken mixture is hot and bubbling.  Stir the chicken mixture.  Top with biscuits.  Bake for 15 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown.
