Italian Chicken

I found this recipe and I love it because it uses frozen chicken. I often forget to defrost so this is a great quick recipe and it is a complete meal! 
 
 
Carrots, cubed
Potatoes, cubed
Chicken breasts, frozen
1/2 to 3/4 bottle of Italian dressing (plain or roasted red pepper....I also did honey mustard dressing...my favorite is roasted red pepper)
 
Place in crock pot and cover in the Italian dressing.  Cook on low for 4-6 hours.
