Cheeseburger Pies

Can you tell that I love the brownie pans?  These are great, again easy to freeze for a quick meal!

Cheeseburger Pies
Modified from Brownie Booklet
1 lb ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp garlic salt
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup Bisquick
2 eggs
Heat oven to 325.  Spray brownie pan with cooking spray.  Cook beef and onion until fully cooked, drain.  Cook for 5 minutes, then stir in Worcestershire sauce, garlic salt and cheese. 
In a medium bowl, stir baking mixture ingredients with whisk or fork until blended.   Spoon a little of this mixture into each well.  Top with burger mixture.  Spoon rest of baking mixture into each muffin cup. 
Bake at 20-25 minutes or until toothpick is clean.  Cool for 5 minutes, then remove and serve.
Makes 12 mini pies.
