I got a brownie pan and I love the "little" bites. It is so much faster to cook things like meatloaf! I used my regular meatloaf recipe, but it only took me 15-20 minutes on 350! And tasted just as good! Plus I can freeze them separately for quick meals! I also had a lot less problems with fat drainage (which is an issue when I don't use moose meat....by the way, moose meat is the best....).
