I tried potato tacos tor dinner tonight. I'm a potato freak...had to try. Can't say this was good as a taco and it honestly isn't much of a recipe, but we liked the filling on its own - hash, maybe with some grilled ham, with leftovers and I think that will be better.
I used smoked paprika, chili powder, cumin and S&P as the seasonings.
