I've been in freezing meals mode because I know that I'm going to need them after the baby is born. Anyway, I found this helpful tip list at Land-o-Lakes looking for chicken cassrole ideas. One tip I would add...if you are using noodles, make sure to undercook the noodles if you are baking it before freezing and will have to rebake it as the noodles will turn to mush from too much liquid if you aren't careful. Some recipes take that into consideration, but if you are freezing something without instructions, this is important.
